Our Process
Many people come to us with an idea of what they want but are not exactly sure what to do next. We have our own architect who will work with you to design and perfect your ideas. Once the blueprints are complete we can then price out everything and show you in detail what it will take to build the project.
Often the permit process overwhelms clients. We handle and oversee any and all permits needed, taking away that burden. Once a contract is agreed upon, and permits have been issued, construction can begin. Typically, most projects are completed within 6 months. Communication is made almost daily, or as needed. When everyone knows what to expect there is little chance for disappointments. Upon completion the homeowner is given a list of contacts for any warranty work that may arise. Our cell phones are always on should you need us. We take our projects seriously and believe in servicing our client's needs long after the closing. Our best advertisement is a happy client. |
